Mountaineertopia is a unique opportunity for local businesses and national brands to connect face-to-face with the WVU community and with each other. Take advantage of the excitement and crowds of Welcome Week and the high foot-traffic and ample space of the Student Rec Center, which sees 4,000+ students through its doors, each day, during the first week of the fall semester.

Exhibit OPTIONS

In addition to event registration fees, all exhibitors are expected to provide product/service demos, samples or give-aways. No sales are permitted. Seasonal job posting and on-site interviews are encouraged.

Standard Exhibitor

Includes a 10'x10' indoor exhibit space, 6-foot table, chairs, wireless Internet, power, tablecloth, lunch and parking permit.
